What are you reading lately? We all have choices over what we consume—food and information.

Besides my blog, what data are you consuming? I try to keep things positive on here, but some of you may have read one of my published books and know that life isn’t always “sunshiny.”

In High Performance Detox, I share some college woes, heartbreaks, and sickness. I also share the lessons which helped me drop society’s pressures I used to make my own. As a high performer, you always want to do your best, and the key is staying on the path created for you.

In ELEVATE, I dive a bit deeper into mindfulness and the power of our thoughts. My thoughts were playing tricks on me for a season of my life, and I had to learn strategies to take back my power over them.

I made a new retail partnership today and now both of these books sit in a beautiful book nook in Port Aransas, TX. The sun is shining, and it is a great day to grab a book and a spot to sit outside and read. Maybe I can help you choose a new book?

If the sun is shining where you’re at today, take it outside. Your coffee, your book, your meeting, your workout… anything you can do outside, I recommend it. Why?

Did you know: 20 Minutes of Sunshine triggers the body to release over 200 antimicrobials that fight fungi, parasites, and viruses? Hello allergy season. Choices!

If you’re inside often, but the sun is out, take a break outside. I suggest making it a reading break!

But it’s your choice on this beautiful spring Tuesday.

Happy Chooseday!
